Welcome to Swansea Housing Association, part of Coastal Housing Group Limited We are a non-profit making organisation registered with the National Assembly for Wales. We have recently amalgamated with Dewi Sant Housing Association to form Coastal Housing Group Limited and our new website will be launched in the autumn. In the meantime there is some useful information on this website, if you want any more details, especially about Dewi Sant properties or anything else, please contact us. We provide homes in the Swansea and Neath Port Talbot areas for a wide variety of people of different age groups, many with different needs and accommodation preferences. We are managed by an unpaid voluntary
Board of Management. Paid staff led by the Chief Executive carry
out the day to day work of the Association. Click on the buttons to find out more. The Association is registered with the Financial Services Authority as an Industrial and Provident Society with charitable rules.
