If you have a problem with our services, we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and effectively. We’ll tell you who will deal with the matter and make sure you know what’s happening.

Also you can talk to Managers about your issues. If you’re still not satisfied you can make an appeal to our Board of Management.

Some problems may be beyond our control and we’ll tell you if this is the case.
