Getting on our Housing Register
The aim of the Lettings Policy is to house people who are unable to find their own accommodation.
-
You’ll get on the Housing Register if you can say yes to at least some of these criteria: a) You do not have a legal right to occupy your home b) Your home is overcrowded or it is too big c) You share basic amenities, such as a kitchen or bathroom with another household d) Your home is in disrepair e) You need to move in order to get to work f) You cannot afford the rent or mortgage payments g) You or a member of your household is ill or someone needs support h) There is something else which seriously affects your housing circumstances
Access to the Housing Register also depends on the amount of vacancies we have. |
