Coastal homes come in a range of property types and sizes including studio apartments, flats, houses and bungalows. This allows us to cater for a wide variety of household types and age groups, different needs and lifestyles.

An experienced and effective housing management team manages tenancies and services. With a proactive rather than reactive approach they pull in expertise from colleagues in other sections as and when a tenant requires additional support; utilising the skills of our Community Services Section or our Solutions Team for the Over 55’s.

Most of our homes enjoy the services of the Caretaking Team. Visiting schemes on a regular basis and carrying out grounds maintenance and general repairs they provide a friendly service to tenants and keep external areas clean and tidy.
