If you want to move home because your current home no longer suits your needs you have two avenues that you can take:
TRANSFER to another Coastal home
- You can apply for a transfer by calling us on 01792 479200 or e mail us at ask@coastalhousing.co.uk
- We will arrange to call out and see you and discuss your requirements
- We will advise on whether we are able to assist you and if we can, your name will then go on a waiting list for the type of home and location you require.

MUTUAL EXCHANGE with 
- You can look for a mutual exchange via the HomeSwapper website
(click on the logo above)
- HomeSwapper is an on-line free mutual exchange service available to Housing Association and Council tenants both locally in Wales and across the UK.
- Once you have registered, HomeSwapper will text or e mail you to alert you to potential suitable matches.ask@coastalhousing.co.uk. We will arrange to call out and see you and discuss your requirements. We will advise on whether we are able to assist you and if we can, your name will then go on a waiting list for the type of home and location you require.
- When you find someone you want to swap with, just call us on 01792 479200. We’ll then want to know some details about the tenant you are swapping with, and you will both have to meet certain conditions relating to your current tenancies. Once these have been agreed, then we will let you know when the swap can go ahead.
